Their bolt-hole? The world’s largest open sore: the continent-sized city known as the U.C.: A hellish, endless sprawl of concrete and pain that penetrates the heavens and coils down to the Earth’s withered heart. In what should have been a simple job, Dorado quickly finds themself dragged into a game of control being fought between the most powerful players in the world. With their only chance of survival coming from a being that may be as much an ally as an enemy: a goddess, from a forgotten time and a forgotten land.

If you need to resubmit your audition, you should be able to edit your response until the deadline.
SILICON LABYRINTH is an original cyberpunk property that will be published to various streaming services, as well as YouTube due to there being a non-acted visual component. This is first and foremost an audio drama, and so with that we are looking for actors who can believably dramatize the dialogue they’ve been presented. We want dramatic reads punctuated by the personality that the character demands. Sighing, frustration, muttering, and whatever convincing effort may be required to pantomime the physicality of certain scenes.
If selected, the audio you submit may be utilized for this fictional narrative, and released on a per-episode basis. This is linear, narrative driven production. As such you can expect to interact with other voice actors (remotely), have your voice accompanied by music, sound effects, placed through filters, etc.
You will eventually be asked to interact with your counterparts in different scenes. The role you will be playing is the deuteragonist, and as such is a lead role. Dependability is very much valued as this will be a long-term project. This character will often speak to the lead (who is played by no one, but still serves a narrative function and is the primary driver of the story) that is occupied by the listener of the audio drama. For want of analogous pairing, think Cortana and the Master Chief from the Halo series*.*
